The construction of this dam has taken 10 years of time. The dam construction began in the year 1979 and finished in the year 1989. The height of the time is 33 meters and it’s length is 7520 meters. There are 16 Spillway gates fitted for the dam. The dam has a capacity of 30 TMC.
